Client terms
A summary of how Anthology Solutions Inc. works with organizations that engage us for staff augmentation, software development, and technology consulting.
Agreements
Every engagement is governed by a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and a Statement of Work (SOW) for each assignment or project, which set out the scope, personnel, location, term, rates, and any client-specific requirements. We send the MSA for review before any work begins.
Our personnel
Assigned personnel are Anthology W-2 employees or personnel of Anthology’s approved subcontractors. Anthology remains responsible for them, including:
- recruiting, screening, and verifying authorization to work in the United States;
- wages, payroll taxes, workers’ compensation, and unemployment insurance (or ensuring our subcontractors provide them);
- written confidentiality and intellectual-property assignment agreements before work begins;
- supervision, performance management, and anti-harassment and anti-discrimination policies.
Where personnel work in California, Anthology pays all wages due and maintains workers’ compensation coverage, consistent with California Labor Code section 2810.3.
Billing
Time-and-materials services are invoiced monthly in arrears from approved timesheets; fixed-price work is invoiced by milestone. Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice, as set out in the MSA and SOW.
Hiring our personnel
If you would like to hire an assigned consultant directly, talk to us. A conversion fee applies as stated in the MSA or SOW, and both parties agree not to solicit each other’s personnel during the engagement and for a limited period after it, to the extent permitted by law.
Confidentiality, data, and AI tools
Both parties protect each other’s confidential information and personal data with reasonable safeguards and notify each other promptly of any security incident. Our personnel use generative AI tools with your data or code only as your written policies allow.
Equal opportunity
Anthology is an equal opportunity employer and expects the same of its clients. Neither party may harass, discriminate against, or retaliate against the other’s personnel on the basis of any characteristic protected by law.
Get started
Describe your requirement through the Hire Talent form on our home page or email hr@anthology.ooo, and we will send the MSA and a draft SOW.
This page is a plain-English summary for convenience. It is not a contract and does not change any signed agreement; if they differ, the signed agreement controls. Full agreements are provided on request and before any engagement.
